Very pleased Two weeks ago my 2005 Ford Excursion broke down on Route 17 near Fredericksburg. I live in Springfield. While my Excursion was being repaired, Adam Zandi was excellent about keeping me informed of the progress and cost of the repairs. His kindness and understanding was a comfort. Excellent Customer Service I have previously always been leary of using dealership services. I purchased a new car from Purvis and, being new to the community, did have have kn I have previously always been leary of using dealership services. I purchased a new car from Purvis and, being new to the community, did have have knowledge of any other local service businesses. Consequently, I starting taking my car to Purvis but with misgivings. These were totally unfounded. I feel I have always been treated with respect, and having some knowledge of cars and services, do not feel that I have been encouraged to purchase any other than necessary services. Fast service; nice people; nice waiting I was expecting to spend most of the day waiting for my recall work to be completed. However, the repair took only about and hour and a half.
