Do you have the right dealership as we have 10 chairs in one service lounge and another 12 in another lounge with television/children play room /workstation next to the service area. Mr. Eadie, I am sure I have the right dealership. I guess there must be another waiting room that I did not see. I will update my review to reflect that. The only waiting area I saw was right in front of the desks when you check in. My biggest Issue is that I made an appointment two months ago for 830am today and came in on time just to have my car sit there for an hour and a half. When I make appointments at other service centers usually my car is seen close to the appointment time. Also why does a transmission diagnostic take most of the day? I can just walk into Goodyear, Firestone or Merchant at 830am and get a whole car diagnostic in a couple of hours. I appreciate your quick response to my concerns, but I think I will seek out another dealership for future service needs. Sincerely, Edwin

Thank you for responding. I was able to find the information needed. When you arrived today, the writer wrote down that you were waiting to be picked up, most likely the reason for not informing you of the other service area. The writer that set your appointment set it for a drop off, not for a customer waiting. Most of these type concerns take a little longer than customers want to wait around for. I am sorry that we were not able to get it in as fast as you wanted. Thank you
