Service Advisor Mike Iden Earlier this week I had the pleasure of dealing with Mike Oden from your service area. I was very upset with a very difficult situation with a member of my family. When I called the dealership to handle a problem I was having with a truck that we purchased from someone I needed help ASAP. Mike dealt with a local retailer that made an extra key for us it shut the system down. I was amazed at the.kindness and compassion that Mike.showed. We.didn't know if something else was wrong. He dealt not only with me but with the store that made the key. Mike was a blessing to me that day...his customer service care and concern went beyond his job description. He explained everything in detail and answered any questions I had. He has a very pleasant, friendly, professional manner. I really felt I could trust him. Although I thought my wait time for the repairs was very short, he explained how I can receive even faster service in the future. The re-modelling is very nice. I especially like the new Customer Business Center! Overall, I had a very pleasant experience at Purvis Ford today. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I felt as if I was their only customer. Trip to Myrtle Beach I was on vacation and rented a condo in Myrtle Beach sc. On the way down my car started to make a noise getting louder. It was around 6 pm. so we st I was on vacation and rented a condo in Myrtle Beach sc. On the way down my car started to make a noise getting louder. It was around 6 pm. so we stay to Fredericksburg. Best customer service I've ever had! Wow. The dealership where we bought our new car Purvis Ford Lincoln has been nothing but awesome! We had an easy time when we were there finding the c Wow. The dealership where we bought our new car Purvis Ford Lincoln has been nothing but awesome! We had an easy time when we were there finding the car we wanted at the price we wanted. Of course we happened to be there at a busy time and waited a while, which we were prepared for and had no problem with it, but they kept apologizing for the wait and even gave us a 25.00 visa gift card for the long wait! We were there too late for them to clean the new car properly so our salesman, Ross, told us to bring the car back for a cleaning. After telling him we were going away for the weekend to celebrate our anniversary he told us to have a great time and when we bring the car back for the cleaning he would gas it up for us too!!! It gets better! My husband got a package in the mail, and as usual he is gone for the week for work, so I asked him about it. He wasn't expecting anything so he told me to open it. It was a tin of cookies from Fresh Beginnings from Purvis thanking us for our business. I mean talk about customer service. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Purvis Ford for anyone looking for a car. I know Mike and I will only go to them from now on. They really care about their customers and I have never had such a great experience with a company!! More
