Repairs and suggested service seems to be significantly higher cost than independent auto mechan Service department displayed concern and competency. Repairs and suggested service seems to be significantly higher cost than independent auto mechanics. New/used car personnel did not know the product, couldn't answer questions, and lt us walk out without establishing a trade-in value for our Accord in the possible purchase of a Honda SUV. We'll probably buy a Buick Encore. More
