Awful! I had an appt. for my air conditioning. About 10 after my arrival, I was told that "the air conditioning was not there and would be back next week." I had an appt. for my air conditioning. About 10 after my arrival, I was told that "the air conditioning was not there and would be back next week." Why not tell me this before I came out there. I had to rearrange my whole day to make this appointment. Further, the AC was supposed to be under warranty, as the car is only 1 1/2 years old. I was told that since it had been in an accident, the warranty was not in effect. More

The price Eric quoted us remained the same from the time of our initial visit with him until we picked up the vehicle about two months later. Eric and Ferndale Honda’s sales people are not high pressure sellers. When you go into the dealership, you’re not “pounced on” as soon as you open the door. You can browse and ask questions without any high-pressure sales tactics. I have and will continue to recommend Eric Hay and Ferndale Honda to my family and friends.
