Off to sign my paper work, in finance, where I met Jose Diaz. He explained the contract to me in lei-mans terms. He also took the time to answer all my questions regarding ways of improving MY Personal Credit. He could easily have said he didn't know and stuck to his task at hand. Terrible Service I'm very disappointed with this dealership. I've always had good experiences here until now. The "maintenance required" message in my car came on at I'm very disappointed with this dealership. I've always had good experiences here until now. The "maintenance required" message in my car came on at 26,000 miles. Why did it come on after the 25,000 miles? Why didn't the dealer set it up for the maintenance required warning to light up before the 25,000 miles, which is covered by the Toyota Care warranty. When I spoke to the maintenance manager Tom he said I should have read my contract, that service is covered up to 25,000 miles. He wasn't even willing to help me out or work with me. The mileage was up to 26,000 miles, which wasn't too far above the 25,000 warranty coverage. But who the heck set it up to bring it for service after the 25,000 miles? This is bad business and the least they could do is let me bring it in for one last time. Can't trust people at this dealership. They're only interested in making money. They don't care to work with the customer. What a joke they're calling it Toyota "care" when they really don't. Buyer beware...make sure to bring your car for service before the 25,000 miles so they won't charge you for the service. More

"PAINLESS" I contacted Richard Morris online on July 3rd and we talked about a few different cars and price. I didn't have to worry about them not having the car when I got there because they had several at the same price. All the other dealer's ads say "One at this Price" and when you get there it's gone. Not Puente Hills. Greg Kern, the Internet Manager, checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly and as quick as possible. Good people, Good price, and Good Service.
