awful Service department has no clue about issues of their own manufacture's car , so disappointed!!!!! My Prius got towed to dealership due to it shut down at traffic light ,and I waited more than 3hrs at dealer to have service department diagnose. IT came out that they couldn't find any issues. So dumn. They just have me drive home. What if it happened next time at the traffic light, I might got killed by this issues. So SCARY!!!!!!! More

Good service. Efficient. Made an appointment for service. Got there was handed off to service rep. Kin. He was quick and attentive to providing service and listening to me. Presented my service papers to guest counter to get a token for a free cup of coffee and cookie at in-house Subway. Headed to the in house theater to watch a movie that was playing. Was called on cell when car was serviced on time. There were also ‘puters available to surf the net. Overall very nice. They are quick and efficient without the banter and small talk. I hate small talk, it just wastes time at a business where a customer comes first. So many places now allow their employees to stand around to chat with each other while a customer is standing in front of them. They don’t seem to allow their staff to do that which I am thankful for. I hate businesses that do that. Only thing is that the bench seats in the theater have become worn and are very hard and uncomfortable. Should provide fresh popcorn though. One more thing, a specific service was listed as $188.00 but I was charged the prior price of $188.88. I pointed it out to my service rep and he corrected it quickly. But when final papers were presented to me and paid by me I noticed that I was still charged $188.88 instead of $188.00. Went back to service rep and he tried to correct it but the ‘puter had closed it out already. I was told by him to come back next time for service and ask for him and he will credit me back the 88 pennies. That was an irritation. A business should never owe their customers anything other than good service, good warranties and goodwill. Oh well, there goes my senior coffee at McDonald’s. Overall the place is a nice place to have your car serviced. More
