Puente Hills Toyota offered to buy me out of a lease 2 years ago. I was under the impression everything was handled. 2 years later I found out they put a repossession on my credit that never happened. I h years ago. I have been fighting this since September 16, trying to avoid attorney's. I wrote reviews, they went to unanswered. I filed a BBB complaint, they didn't even acknowledge it. I went to the Attorney General and took the time to copy and send everything to Puente Hills Toyota and finally got a response from the Vice President/General manager/co-owner Nicholas Cardin saying that they messed up and wanted to make it right. Today, I went into a meeting and all he wanted to do was make me sign s release form. I have caught him., Sarah Cruz and everyone I have dealt with here in lies. The meeting today ended with Nicholas telling me to do what I have to do. So, I will be filing more complaints and then I will do what I inevitably did not want to do and hire an attorney. Buyer beware, this place is shady and they do not care whose credit they destroy. They will do whatever it takes to make a sale. Then insult you by telling you things like you need to make more money and comparing your dealings with them to an adulterous relationship. More
