I thought my first time buying a car was going to be scary and difficult, but I actually had a great experience.The guy that helped me was Alex Picass I thought my first time buying a car was going to be scary and difficult, but I actually had a great experience.The guy that helped me was Alex Picasso and he was extremely professional and really nice. He introduced me to every staff member that walked by, even his boss Rene that wasn't working that day. They both made me feel very welcomed and Alex made the process very easy. He did not rush, or pressure me and I appreciated the fact that he took his time showing me different cars and answering all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable and I felt like he genuinely wanted to help me. When it was time to go to finance Kim helped me. She was such a sweetheart, sooo nice and extremely helpful in deciding what was best for me. Loved the customer service and I will definitely refer my friends and family. Thanks Alex ! More

Armando was my car salesman and he explained to me everything, from a purchase to a lease, on different cars I had in mind. Armando took me around to drive the car, and he knew the car very well, he was friendly, warm, and outgoing. I was so happy he was actually my car salesman. I've been to other dealers were they try to shove down a car, if not they get upset. I personally don't like that. Armando was very patient and explained everything. Max, tried to get me the best deal, he could have gotten me, I am beyond happy with how it worked out, I felt like he treated me like family, he tried to work with what I had, and everything. He tossed, and turned a few numbers, but he definitely helped me. I am beyond grateful with Max. I never get anything from the dealer, like insurances or anything, but Sim explained to me the Gap Insurance and gave me a deal and everything. It was definitely good. My whole visit was phenomenal to say the least. Thank you very much for making this such an easy, and amazing experience. I will definitely recommend this dealer to family and friends. More
