When I pick up my vehicle last week 05/28/24 after the regular maintenance and recall I noticed the door edge was damaged seem like it was banged up against a concrete wall and I had one of the service advisors Randy took a photo of it before I drove off during that time it was freshly damaged and still concrete residue on the edge. Today 06/04/24 came back for the recall part and tried to have them fixed the damaged edge and Sarah (customer relations) call said they are not responsible for it and totally on me. Please do yourselves a favor don’t bring your vehicle here! More

Did an on-line purchase at Puente Hills Toyota. Salesperson Alex Lim was awesome. Very smooth transaction. Vehicle was priced very fairly. No hidden fees at time of financing. Dishonest employees from Tech, service advisor as well as Customer relations Manager. Claimed to make Recall repairs (4) failed to calibrate SAS, Did not perform health check to verify quality of repair and Customer relations Manager. Claimed to make Recall repairs (4) failed to calibrate SAS, Did not perform health check to verify quality of repair and stated the car was test driven on freeway after repairs, which did not happen. According to the mileage in/out. I find it very concerning that Safety Recall Repairs were handled with such negligence. ABS, EPS SYSTEMS had "repairs" done but they didn't bother to verify repairs were completed properly before returning the car to its 75yr old owner. Also they closed the Recalls as if they were completed Correctly...Im at a loss for words More

This place is nothing but a SCAM. Insane markups on cars and they refuse to negotiate with you. They would not try to work with me when I told them I had three kids to provide for. They are obviously only in it for themselves. They lied to me about what cars they had in stock to get me to go to the dealership. Then tried to sell me a car I did not want. They avoided all my questions, asking me questions in return. How would I learn anything about their business? Also, NEVER go to Robert. He is the worst car dealer there!! He was insanely rude to me when we we asked him for a pamphlet! I asked and he smiled at me, but walked off saying, “Get it yourself.” I know I wasn’t going to buy a car from him, but it was completely unnecessary. Only go to this dealer if you want to be ripped off and rude to. More
I walked into the Puente Hills Dealership, and I was helped by Lana and Danny. Lana was very nice and I felt like I could trust her when I first interacted with her. However, during the negotiation phase, it was clear that they were trying to rip me off. I told them that I was on the Longo waitlist, and Danny said that he worked there before and that they also charge a huge mark up for those who are put on the waitlist. I'm fairly confident that he was lying about that. They also tried to get me to pay a $10,000 mark up, and then they discounted it by $2,000 acting like it was a great deal. Just be careful of these people. They will try to charge you the most that they can get out of you. More
