My sis and I went there to look at some SUVs. What a disappointment. I honestly expected way better with certified preowned. He didn't know what he was doing, or what he was talking about, and then couldn't find a couple SUVs I wanted to see. we're honestly just shocked at the way things were handled and what we saw. There was also another guy there that was interested in looking at cars and one of the employees outside told him to go scan the QR code to get price and info. He didn't even offer to go help him look. Guess he really didn't care about making a sale. Unbelievable. We went some where else. More
Stepahnie in the service was so nice. I had problems with my car but needed another car to move around and she helped me. She put me on the waitlist to get another car while mine was fix. This dealer doesn't even deserve one star! The WORSE I've ever been to. The shady sales tactics that they employ to get you through the doors are seriously downright dishonest. They advertise a lower price online to get you through the doors and then tell you that ALL their vehicles are marked up with a protection package that's included with all vehicles on the final price!! That's a $3,000 markup that is not disclosed online, not easily visible to a buyer. Very deceptive practice. PEOPLE: Report them to the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) if you experienced bad business practices! False advertising is a shady tactic that needs to be reported. I've submitted a complaint but the more people who report these incidents the more likely an investigation will be launched against these terrible businesses. More
