This dealership does not care about you and will ignore you beware please!!! I’ve been trying to contact Ashley or someone but they always put me straight to voicemail. If I can’t get ahold of them through calls and voicemail, I try my best to send emails and they still won’t answer them as well. I had to get better business Bureau involved and they emailed me about them ignoring there calls. I’ve been trying to get my contract terminated and my reimbursement that I was promise. It’s been a month and I haven’t received either of them. I had still had to make a payment on a car that the dealership has !! The car is in Not my possession and was supposedly returned. They have put me through a crisis financially and emotionally. They promise on customer care and service but they do not care about the customer at all . They will treat very nice because you’re buying the car but when you will ever need help from them. They’ll ignore you and look the other way. We have to go there in person to tell them to terminate the contract or to give me my reimbursement. If you don’t ever go there in person they will never do it or start the process . I’ve been trying to get a hold of the head manager but as well they doesn’t answer. I’ve contacted headquarters of Nissan about the contract termination and they way they have been treating me so poorly. It hurts knowing that they think they can get away with this and treat there customers horrible ! Please be careful of this place and please don’t let them treat you how they’re treating me. They don’t care in your best interest so if you ever go in there please be aware and careful! More
I came about 3 weeks ago right before the 4th of July since I needed a car to take out of town and needed one fast with AC since my old one did not have this function. I drive with out an appointment since I had seen so e good feed back I tried it. When I drove up I found parking right away I thought it would be full since it was the weekend luckily theyr had some of their sales guys moving and helping the guest getting parking to make thing easier. I liked that a team effort. I went inside and instantly I was greeted in the fort of the dealership I explained and told them my situation. They quickly found me sales representative. I took maybe about 2 hours looking at cars and I was so happy I was able to look at so many they have an outstanding inventory. I finally decide on a small versa I like it not big and it's great on the gas mileage. We went inside did numbers I like the fact they use a tablet instead of written numbers it's shows me they're actually giving me real numbers and not just made up numbers on the spot. Everything went well and smoothly. I went to finance sign my paper work everything mentioned was according to what was said I even asked if I could have the maintenance include in the car deal. To which they said yes which I like since I'm a women we tend to forget. Finally when done I got a tour of service since I got my service plan here. I was showed how everything works and what the process would be when arrival to service they pre scheduled me in so that I can get service reminder call for upcoming services. Amazing since I'm very forgetful. I live my new car !!!! More

Overall it was good since I went in just for a simple oil change. I will be returning they showed me that they can give good service to my car and my needs. I did get a follow up call just to make sure that my needs where all met and if my car was doing good I'm glad they take their time to make sure we are well taken care of. I've been pre scheduled for my next appointment when I am due do for and oil change. More
I was reached out with a coupon for a special price for an oil change. I was very happy Stephanie gave me the best deal in town. I could no be more happy my car was washed and done well before the 2 hour t an oil change. I was very happy Stephanie gave me the best deal in town. In fact I was I'm glad she was able to help me out since I have many errands to run I usually don't have time to service my car. This made it so much easier to get my car serviced!!!! 😀 More
I came for service Adriana called and let me know that I was having an active recall on my car. I looked it up and sure enough I was I returned the call and she was able to schedule me in the next day. I we was having an active recall on my car. I went got my car done and since I was there I did an oil change to my surprise they were having a special. I paid less got my car washed and my recall done and oil change all with in 2 hours. I waited in the lobby while my car was being serviced. They have coffee so I had one while I waited. I especially liked that they have little offices to keep everyone separate especially during these times. A girl was cleaning every hour. I liked it they are really taking things to the next level. The day after I received a call from Adriana again to see if was satisfied with my service. I will definitely be returning she gave me a coupon to be applied for my next visit. More
I came for service for my Murano 2014 I've never had some major issues with my car till recently. I only came due to a recall. My mechanic had already told me I needed some work but never told me that I had major issues with my car till recently. I only came due to a recall. They did all the work and more for less than my mechanic it turned out I did not need all the things I was being charged for at my mechanic. I recently came in for service. I decided to come in because of a coupon I received over the phone with Stephanie it was too good of a deal to pass up. The advisor did keep me updated with my vehicle I did get the review the future services my vehicle would need. I recently wen and purchase my car I was amazed how fast they work I've usually have been to other locations where they take all day. I saw the car I wanted drove it and when negotiations started for price payment I got a lower monthly payment than what I thought I don't have good credit I did not think I could get a brand-new car. I got the car that day and was well on my way everything seems good I've had contact with the bank no problems and looks like I'll be returning for service. I did get a full tour of the service department they walk you and show you what your service visits will look like in the future. Stephanie was able to set when appointment for my future service of the car that way I don't forget. More
Came in for service with a coupon I received with Adriana over the phone my car was having a clicking sound every time I would turn it on was only asking for to get my service done but when they told what wa over the phone my car was having a clicking sound every time I would turn it on was only asking for to get my service done but when they told what was causing the clicking sounds how easy it was to repair I thought it would be a huge job they're were done with in 2 hours everything I'm so happy I came here. My car was cleaner than when I brought in and I left with out a single sound. I will definitely be returning because of my good service nothing has happened to the car all my worries are gone with this clicking sound thank you. More
