Bought a Nissan Rogue from Ali & Lorraine from the internet department. They are extremely efficient & pleasant to deal with, not to mention very courtesy and honest. It is always more likely that 1 unhappy customer versus 100 happy customers will be the ones the rate places and make them look bad which is what happened here. I am changing that because they deserve good recognition. I went to this dealership randomly after shopping for weeks for a car. From the minute I walked in, everyone here was extremely helpful. I told them my situation and told them exactly what I wanted and they did just that. I didn't even have to spend at least 10 hours like I usually would! The service team was the best and they helped me with everything and actually took their time with everything I needed. I usually hate care dealerships but I was so impressed with how easy it was and how great their service was that I recommended it to my friends. I had no problem with anyone here and i'm still happy with the deal I got! More

Buyers beware! DO NOT BELIEVE THE POSITIVE RATINGS, THEY ARE LYING. Worst dealership I had ever seen, feel being robbed. Terrible service, sales not knowledgeable about what they are selling. Do not shop at puente hills nissan. They are a bunch of two faced dishonest lairs that sell you a car at price that sounds good and to you is good. Just wait a week or two they should be calling you back because they some how managed to get you a better deal than the one you agreed on. We got a good deal when we drove off the lot the first time. When we came back to get the better deal, the intrest was higher the price of the car had gone up and the warranty was gone. Does that sound like a better deal to you? I would never go back to that place again and i would recomend to you that you take your business to some other place. Puente Hills Nissan might be under new management but they have not changed their old ways of doing business. Do not shop at puente hills nissan. More
