Untrustable, unprofessional, and unreliable. Avoid it. They are most unprofessional and unethical dealer I have ever seen in my life. I went with my friend and wife to the manager agreed on internet price and when the deal was almost done, they came up with additional accessory cost of $2000 which was compulsory. I spoke almost to 4 manager, and each of the manager pretended and told us to hold on, saying they will work out and give us the best deal. After spending 6 hour they couldnt give the internet deal, plus when we left, the manager was rude and said to his colleague that we wanted free car. Please avoid this dealer they are liar and don't trust their internet price and please do check your driver license as you, as the manager took our driver license and forgot to give us. Now I am waiting to see I can get my driver license back. I wish I could give them negative rating. More

There was a line I understand that part but get this, the person behind me passed up the line and went I front of everybody. I asked the guy Jesse M why the person behind me the line went in front if everyone else and he said because they had an appointment. I told him so do I he told me because they had an appointment before ours. I asked how would he know that if he is barely approaching us no one came to ask if anyone had an appointment. He responded with I'm here now we will get you out of here as soon as possible........really? That's how customer service gets done here? Fist off lying in the beginning then answering at the end with an attitude? Second he asked if we were waiting for the car. I asked yes unless there's a shuttle. He said there was but it just left. To top it all off it left with just the people who ended up cutting in front of everyone, just them, seems like only they were the ones to get ASAP service. My service was complete by 12:15pm. If anyone decides to come here dress professional because if you come in in a t-shirt and look younger than your age like I did you may get the type of service I got. Lucky for me I only own one Nissan. More
Today I met with Emerson and Brian to look at sedans. I told them that this was my first time buying a car. I had originally called about a used car from their website, and we drove a similar one around, told them that this was my first time buying a car. The new version handled better, but most of the talk was about the finance plan, and credit score renovation, and swapping up after a year. They never explained the phenomenon of how a new car would be cheaper than used. but they said little else. Not much concrete information on the car, besides the color and transmission. We wanted to see what the numbers looked like, so they filled out paperwork, without explaining what was happening, even when we questioned. They love being vague, or talking about financing as if it's a magic spell. The small chat or flirtinwas useless, they asked the same couple of questions multiple times and never remembered anything. Most statements were phrased as questions, as if they didn't believe what they were talking about. They asked for pay stubs and constantly pressured us to buy that day. They would conveniently forget our price limit, both on the car, and the monthly payments. Then we waited around a table for hours, and walked out, after half an hour of warning them about our schedule that day. We never saw numbers, and will never return. More

I purchased a vehicle from here about 2 years ago and was satisfied so I was a returning client. Sad part is that this time experience was HORRID!!!! I don't even know where to begin, first of all they made us wait 3 hours to finance, second they had to bring car from other dealership, third they sold me a vehicle that was already SOLD!!! xxx!!!! Who does that. Anyway, everything after that was just mind blowing! This is the worst experience by far I have ever experienced and do not wish it on anyone. Needless to say they did nothing to compensate me nor did they ever apologize to me at anytime... I was really looking forward to driving away in my new pathfinder.. Very disappointed!!!! More

Purchased two 2013 Nissan Sentra's from here on Friday, November 2, 2012. Positives: Our sales associate, Jean Paul (JP) was very knowledgeable about the car and very patient. He explained all of the features really well and was very polite. Negatives: *Sales Manager named Tanner. If you go there, and I would suggest you didn't, and you get him assigned to you RUN!! He is unorganized, he bullies his sales people and he is dishonest. He tells you lies and then forgets what he says and tells another lie. Everything in the other reviews about this dealership adding on the cost of the scotch guard without telling you, and charging you for it, is TRUE. They lie and say that it has to do with taxes, when I showed Tanner the sheet I calculated in excel that showed it had no impact on the taxes his response was "well I don't really know finance." I spoke with Tanner in person on Thursday, to arrange a time to sign my contract and pick up my car on Friday and to have my mother's car delivered to her. He said that they would deliver my mothers car around 1:30 and have my contract ready at 5pm. They didn't show up at my mothers house until after 3pm to deliver her car and they didn't have my contract ready when I arrived at the dealership at 5pm. Did they ever call either of us to say they were running late? NO! I sat for an hour, when I told him I had an obligation with my child that I added to get to. I finally walked out and the sales associate chased me down. They later delivered the car and contract to my home. In summary, the sales associate is good. The sales managers and finance people are horrible. I would not suggest that anyone I know use this dealership. I bought my last two cars online and I will go back to that method for future car purchases. This dealership is dishonest and has no respect for your personal time. Very unprofessional. More
My 22 year old daughter bought a 2005 Altima in July from a car dealership in Ontario. In about a week the check engine light came on. We decided to have a Nissan dealership look it over to give us the corr a car dealership in Ontario. In about a week the check engine light came on. We decided to have a Nissan dealership look it over to give us the correct diagnose before taking it back to the Ontario dealership where she bought it. We took it in to PUente Hills Nissan dealership. AT the end of the day, they called my daughter and told her that it needed a new transmission to start with and that would be a little over $3,000. My daughter, of course, was very upset. We took it back to the Ontario dealership very upset that they sold us a car that needed a new transmission. Their mechanic looked it over, checking the codes, etc. and told us to come back the next day. We went back the next day, the check engine light was off and he said it was fixed. He had put in a new coil. We were skeptical at first, but sure enough, its been 3 months and the check engine light has never come back and the engine is running absoltely fine. Why in the world did the mechanic at Puente Hills dealership tell us it needed a new transmission? Obviously it didnt. I'm not sure if he was an inexperienced mechanic that didn't know what he was talking about or if they were trying to scam us. My advice to you - unless your willing to possibly have work done on your car that it doesn't need, don't go to Puente Hills Nissan dealership. More

I was so pleased with the service and attention I received when purchasing my new car. Everyone did a wonderful job of getting me exactly what I was looking for in the price range I could handle.
