Truly exceptional customer service! I was interested in a Nissan Maxima and upon calling the dealership a gentleman by the name of Joshua picked up the phone and I explained to him my si I was interested in a Nissan Maxima and upon calling the dealership a gentleman by the name of Joshua picked up the phone and I explained to him my situation and he said he would be able to help. Upon arrival he came out and greeted us and showed us a few options that he had for me and I ended up picking a gun metal color maxima. We worked out the numbers came to an agreement right away and he even delivered the car to my house! I had my kids with me, and they were tired and hungry. Jessy, took a chance to raise the price we agreed on by almost $2,000. I didn't realize this until the morning after, and of course, it was too late to undo the deal. I know that I overtrusted someone I don't know, but I wasn't expecting that sneaky move.
