Super easy to make an appointment!!! I called today to make an appointment, Naomi was the very helpful and so polite. She went above and beyond to get me some great quotes!!! Service Cost Changes This is the second time I have had trouble at this dealer. Not going back! I took my Nissan in because a dashboard light was on. I was told there w This is the second time I have had trouble at this dealer. Not going back! I took my Nissan in because a dashboard light was on. I was told there was a $130 diagnostic fee, but if I had the work done there the $130 "would go away." The next day they called with a parts charge of $55. I approved the charge. When I picked up my truck, the $130 was added to the bill. The service manager said he never said the $130 would be waived. That is not true. On another occasion, they would not accept their own coupon for service. I had to pay the full price and then fight them for a refund based on my coupon. I am so done with this dealer. They are very busy with recalls and don't seem to care if you come in for service or not. More
