She was an expert in her knowledge of the vehicle, and quick with her documents. Time was not wasted. I flew out to get it, and the paperwork took less than 2 hours. Rip off sales and service department I want to share my bad experience and bad reputation from sales to service department. First of all, i really love my 2017 nissan rogue s but the thin I want to share my bad experience and bad reputation from sales to service department. First of all, i really love my 2017 nissan rogue s but the thing is i got a bad deal out of it. when i am checking for cars on their website i saw a some good cars especially the rougue. When i went to the dealership they said its not on sale which i totally disagree when i showed their ad on their website, so it means to say its a false advertisement. But they showed me another car which is not on the website to turn another attention so i checked. I liked the car but it turns out when i got it and signed the deal its a preowned which i suspect its a loaner car or service car for staff when i saw some records in the glove box. So i let it pass which is already too late to learn about it. Never thought they gonna give me preowned or used car which i thought all along banks never finance you for used car. The finance manager is like forcing me to sign already which i did or they gonna take away the car with bad credit if not signing it. They didnt give me Car Owners Manual. So i am really innocent about this because i am one of the buyer who is ignorant, forced or innocent about car deals. Another thing is the service department, when i saw one of their posts on their wall i saw recommended oil change is 7k miles for most cars. When the service advisor talked to me he said 5k miles is recommended which i believe money only matters to them. All in all they dont help people or customers to save money. They take advantage to the buyers who doesnt know or ignorant about car deals and car service which is i am among them a victim of their sales trickery. Hope this will reach out and not be deleted. This is a real situation that matters most. I feel sorry for the people who got victimized and i feel sorry for the people who praise or well rated this dealership. More
