Sheyla was amazing as my sales person. I was going back and forth between a used car or the new Sentra and she helped me make the best choice for me and I went with the new sentra. I really need something and forth between a used car or the new Sentra and she helped me make the best choice for me and I went with the new sentra. I really need something good on gas, but reliable and this is both. They helped me with a maintenance plan so I don't need to worry about paying when I come in for my oil changes. Then she quickly showed me around the dealership which is nice because that place is huge. Thank you Sheyla for your patience and help. I'll be recommending all my friends and family to her. More

I bought a used car 09/05/2020 and when I got home I noticed a paperclip and straw wrapper in the middle of my seat and the center console and the back seat center cup holder has spots and stains all ov noticed a paperclip and straw wrapper in the middle of my seat and the center console and the back seat center cup holder has spots and stains all over it. so its pretty obvious it was never cleaned. what dealership gives a car to a customer dirty????? Also to sum it up I was also getting the scratches on my bumper fixed along with a part on my steering wheel needed to be replaced. I have been to the dealership 5 times since I bought my car and they have had my car for 5 days now and yes my bumper looks great but at 11am on the 5th day now I have yet to have on person contact me on the status of my car ! the porter never cleaned my car property; the sales man Hunter Dahlin never bothers to provide me customer service and supposedly the sales manager Keith was looking after my car and every time I have been there he is never there. not once! granted if he was not in and didn't realize it he should have passed on what needs to be done on my car. but nope nothing! the manager yesterday I spoke to apologized and said the service manager would contact me. I gave him my cell number to make sure no excuses but still nothing I have not heard from one person there !! is it too much to ask for to have someone follow through and contact me????? When I pointed out my cup holder still wasn’t clean I was told by a sales manager I’m too picky ! Wanting my car clean isn’t in my opinion too picky . Plus when they fixed my bumper it was still loose and I quote was told no one told him he needed to make my sure my bumper was put back on properly . It’s like one thing after another with this place . More

My car battery went out during the worst time of this covid-19 pandemic... I was calling around because I didn't know if any dealerships were open and luckily Puente Hills Nissan was. Ashley helped me ou covid-19 pandemic... I was calling around because I didn't know if any dealerships were open and luckily Puente Hills Nissan was. Ashley helped me out by giving me a quote over the phone and she set up my appointment. I was able to do a payment plan with them and I even got a discount on their website.
