I was told to pay $165 for diagnostic for my car having trouble pumping gas which I was ok. They were not able to find out the issue the same day and asked me to leave my car over the weekend which I was trouble pumping gas which I was ok. They still couldn't find out the issue and asked me to pay an additional $495 for the extra time they would spend. The service desk lady was not helpful at all. She refused to check the extended warranty and told me she already knew it was not covered. She did not tell me the $165 had a diagnostic time limit. Instead of apologising taking too long over the weekend and still couldn't find out the problem, she told me I had to pay more for extra time to find out my car's problem. I lost confidence on their technician. I left the dealership angrily. For sure, I will not go back. More

Sheyla was amazing as my sales person. I was going back and forth between a used car or the new Sentra and she helped me make the best choice for me and I went with the new sentra. I really need something and forth between a used car or the new Sentra and she helped me make the best choice for me and I went with the new sentra. I really need something good on gas, but reliable and this is both. They helped me with a maintenance plan so I don't need to worry about paying when I come in for my oil changes. Then she quickly showed me around the dealership which is nice because that place is huge. Thank you Sheyla for your patience and help. I'll be recommending all my friends and family to her. More
