Horrible liars! Very upsetting to drive all the way to them and then get turned down anyways. They lie to you in order to bring you in. I felt very disrespected and it upset me that he did not honor my word. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Don’t waste your time here. More
I came in to this location to see if my mom will find a vehicle tat she would like on Sunday 9/01/24, she actually did find a car a pre own Nissan Rouge , Jerry who was the sales rep that help us with the vehicle tat she would like on Sunday 9/01/24, she actually did find a car a pre own Nissan Rouge , Jerry who was the sales rep that help us with the purchase was very helpful, Since we did our purchase in the evening we did not notice that the vehicle was missing floor mats and to top it off the seats are all dirt and stain we have bought pre on vehicles before and we never had this issue, I have called the dealer and left several messages and no one has return my call back, I ask to speak to manager and all am told is that they are busy and that the sales rep that help us with our purchase wont be in until Friday 09/06/204, Well since no can return my call will not be processing the down payment not until they call me back! After explaining to these people over the phone that my credit was terrible and I didn't want to drive an hour to be lied to, they promised they had a special program and my credit didn't matter. They end up going above and beyond to lie to me and waist my time. I wanted a used Altima for 20k - 25k that I already found on there website listed on there lot, and they offer me a brand new 40k vehicle, run my credit 7 times to give me an almost 30% interest rate after I offer up to 15k cash down! Then they proceeded to get me into a new car instead of a used and offer me a low-end Sentra, making promises of fixing my credit by refinancing me in a year. I leave only for them to call me back with the used Altima for 23k that I originally wanted and a lower interest rate. And this wasn't 1 but 4 different managers all doing the same thing to me. I know car salesmen are shady, but Nissan of Puente Hills goes hard with the deception and lies, like they train the managers how to lie! Do not waste your time. There is a reason that Altima, Maxima, Versa, Rouge, Titan and the GT-R are all being discontinued by next year. More
So at first they made me feel like they was trying to help me out and made me feel real comfortable about my purchase. I even tried sending customers there way in the beginning but Since month one been h help me out and made me feel real comfortable about my purchase. They already had to change my transmission still needs much more work which “Warranty does not cover”. I brought it back several times already and it’s so many issues with the car to keep up with. The fact it’s a 2021 vehicle and I have to take time out my life to continue to bring it back makes no sense. These people prey on folks with no or bad credit and put them in lemons then try to use the manufacturer warranty to supplement. Everyone is in on the deal including service. Everytime I brought up the problem to the higher ups it’s like they have a script they read out which says “There isn’t much we can do”. I tried to avoid doing this at all costs but reality is a I got ripped off and I tried even seeing if they can get me in a new one zero down to make up for it and not even that. I should’ve known something was wrong when they made me drive an hour to there sister dealership in San Bernardino to get the same exact car with same exact mileage that they had on lot because they “Paid less for it” and can do a better deal. I will be escalating this as of today because I am stuck in a loan that I can’t even get half of the money back for if I sold it and I’m only on month 6 of ownership. Stay away at all cost BBB and State Attorney General will be reaching out to them soon. I’m using same review for every site to shed light on this to keep they next potential customer from going through the same thing. More

Everything was good until I took the car home and about 3 days later they tried to run the "your bank didn't actually approve your loan you gotta come back in to sign a deal for a higher interest" scam.
