This time I booked my appointment for 7:30am and what Javier said should have only taken an hour took more than 2 hours. I did not leave the dealership until 10am. They took a very long time on my car even though I was the second person in line. There was a man that came after me and he left before me. Even after my car said to be 'done' the car still had not come out to the front and Javier had to go back and get it himself because he could tell I was frustrated. More
