Never had problem going to this dealer. Nice and clean waiting room. They always explain what's needed to be done and they don't make you feel like you are force to have it done soon. They don’t seems willing to help. My car is done by 11:00 in the morning, I asked them to charge my EV since I can pick up the car by 4:00PM.
