Unfortunately my experience hasn't been that great with Hyundai. I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle and found a few issues with the vehicle within 6 months. I've taken it in 2 times and still have Hyundai. I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle and found a few issues with the vehicle within 6 months. I've taken it in 2 times and still have to take it in again because it's not fixed. This was my first Hyundai purchase and definitely my last. The worst part of it is that everytime I take my car they make an issue about giving me a loaner car. I'm very dissappear and regret my purchase. More

Went to the Service Dept and felt like royalty. Javer Esquivel was our Service Advisor and he made my husband and I feel like a King and Queen. Not only was Javer extremely professional and Javer Esquivel was our Service Advisor and he made my husband and I feel like a King and Queen. Not only was Javer extremely professional and courteous when we met him for our appointment, he also welcomed our Puente Hills Hyundai coupon without hesitation and took the time to speak with us about the observations and concerns we had on our 12-year vehicle. He answered all our questions thoroughly and patiently; even with others in the cue behind us also waiting to see him. With that out the way, he then offered us to experience the newly designed lounge with its huge big screen HD TV along with free donuts and snacks while we waited for our service (which seemed like minutes because it was so fast). When the work was done, we received feedback on our previous concerns and future options for us to consider, along with the car back washed clean and ready to go. Drove it home, and it purrs like a brand new kitten!!! We couldn’t be more pleased with the entire visit! With people like Javer and his team on staff, it's easy to see why Puente Hills Hyundai remains in the running. More
Asked for a quote for buying out my car, instead the guy went and did a credit check and set me up to buy the car right that moment. His reasoning was that's the most accurate way of getting a quote. My personal mechanic let me know that my car was burning oil. He recommended I take it to the dealership as this was a known problem with the Hyundai Tuscon. It’s been nothing but a headache dealing with Hundai Puente Hills. I love my car, but this is the last time I will ever buy a Hyundai. I had to take it back several times to the dealership to address the problem. They said I needed to drive it 1000 miles. I brought it back. They took a part off, but didn’t have the part to put back on it so I had to pay for a rental car for a week, I still haven’t been reimbursed for. Then they put the part on and I had to drive it another thousand miles. Then I brought it back and they finally decided that it was in fact burning oil. It took over three months to replace the engine in my car. And then the service rep Gary calls me and tells me that they recommend $1100 worth of hose and belt replacement. I called the service Director Sean Kim asking him to call me back as I thought that was unacceptable, which he never did. I finally picked up the car and now I have a service Notification just days later. When I was asking, Gary the service rep about the warranties of my car he had no idea. My number hasn’t changed throughout this whole process, but all of a sudden they were having trouble getting hold of me and I had no voicemail messages from them. Then Hundai Motor America just denied my reimbursement for the rental car. Ridiculous! Looks like it’s time to hire a lawyer. More
