Service Mgr had excellent follow up but nobody else did. They arranged for a loaner to their credit. But on 3 different occasions I was promised something that didn’t happen. My dealer visit was due to several factory recalls notices. My appointment was made 2 weeks in advance. Despite that, the dealer did not have all the parts required for the recall repairs.
