Overall service is good and Service Dept is very professional. However, I was informed that my desired location for shuttle drop off is too far away (only 8 miles), but website indicates a shuttle professional. However, I was informed that my desired location for shuttle drop off is too far away (only 8 miles), but website indicates a shuttle is available within 15 miles or less. I ended up spending $50 in Lyft rides from and back to service dept due to peak periods. Driver on way back said that Honda, Toyota, etc pay for Uber and Lyft. Hyundai should at least compensate also, at least a percentage, if not willing to shuttle someone 8 miles away. This was very disappointing sincr I am accustom to Lexus providing loaner cats, to go to being dismissed as a customer. This is just cheapism on dealership’s part. Relax your greed and treat your customers as appreciated customers. This is my first Hyundai and probably br my last if this is not rectified. Convenience and service to customers’ needs is what all businesses are providing now and have been for some time. More
