My advisor was great (I think her name was Stephanie or Christina, I know her last name is Pettigrew) but I wasn't very happy with the guy who was checking in the cars and driving them back out when they w Christina, I know her last name is Pettigrew) but I wasn't very happy with the guy who was checking in the cars and driving them back out when they were done. I had a family member in another car waiting while my car was brought out, and they noticed he did a really aggressive right turn into the parking spot. I got into the car and my mug of tea had completely tipped out of the cupholder and a significant amount of tea spilled into the console. I was bummed that I have this brand new car and there was no effort put into putting the mug back in an upright position or clean up the tea that was spilled. He also was not friendly at all when I drove up to check in. I said good morning multiple times because I thought he didn't hear me, but he heard just me fine when he told me to go inside to wait. I don't feel like my expectations are crazy high and this guy soured the experience for me for sure. Luckily the advisor was super nice and evened things out. If this review just included her it would be 5 stars. If it just included the other guy, it'd be down at a 2 or 3. More

Great service from Javier and Puente Hills Hyundai. I forgot my dad's coupon for the oil change but Javier worked it out for me. And he let me know the car needed a wheel alignment with a print out. Guess they added a new scanner in the drive up lanes for service since last I was there. Javier also got me a shuttle ride across the freeway so I could walk around until the car was ready. Christina Pettigrew is great! Super friendly and easy to work with and I'll be requesting her in the future. Downside--your internet is ABYSMAL. Because I have the Automate detailing package and live about work with and I'll be requesting her in the future. Downside--your internet is ABYSMAL. Because I have the Automate detailing package and live about an hour away, I'm frequently in your waiting room for 5 hours or more each time. This time, I wound up having to use my phone as a hotspot and only got speeds of about 1-3mbps. But that STILL was lightyears better than your guest network! Invest in a better network with higher speeds for your customers' sake. More
