When I take my car to a dealer, I usually get a printout of my diagnosing unlike my experience on 7/8 at La Puente Hyundai Dealership. Would please explain to me? More

When I bought sonata, oil was dirty. Service department said it was just changed. When it was due for my first oil change, checked and it was still dirty. Went to service advisor and he looked at it and sa said it was just changed. When it was due for my first oil change, checked and it was still dirty. Went to service advisor and he looked at it and said it looked clean to him. I have had hundreds of oil changes and never saw oil that dirty after change. More

I leased the 2021 Kona on 6/14/2021 and till now I was suffering the aircondioner kept blowing hot air on and off during these hot days. They cannot figure out what's wrong with the aircondioner.
