Service advisor Jhordan Borla was terrible, he treated me like Im too cheap to accept to any deals he offered. My Elantra 2019 was having problem for year now in apple car play, screen, and blind spots monit like Im too cheap to accept to any deals he offered. My Elantra 2019 was having problem for year now in apple car play, screen, and blind spots monitor. He said “You are welcome to go to another place to get a second opinion”. His attitude to me was very impolite and disrespectful, I pay for my car and my service, And it’s Huyndai responsibility to fix the problem of their car. I dont feel safe driving my car anymore, and no one is reaching out to help. All this Puente Hills Huyndai does is telling me “there was no problem during our computer scan”. Then if I died during trafic due to the car malfunction, No one would have to take responsibility for that. Will never want to see the service advisor Jhordan Borla at Puente Hills Huyndai anymore. You guys just Lost a decent customer! More
