I took my car in for their Automate Detailing and an oil change. They quoted me 4-4 1/2 hours. It was done in just over 3 hours. My car's paint looked like a brand new paint job. The car was immaculate inside and out. I almost didn't recognize it. I thought it was a brand new car. The staff is very courteous and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone. More

I have had the worst experience with this SERVICE department. The workmanship is terrible. The most recent experience was to replace a steering wheel shaft and repaint two back panels. All due to d department. The workmanship is terrible. The most recent experience was to replace a steering wheel shaft and repaint two back panels. All due to defects with the 2021 vehicle. They kept the car for a week and did not advise me that the car was behind sent off the lot to another 3rd party vendor for the repainting of the panels. In the 7 days that they had the car, they added 38 miles to my vehicle. At no time was a rental offered. It was also discovered that the entire bottom cover was missing after returning the vehicle. They are the only ones that have serviced my vehicle. They were quick to blame me saying that I had something to do with the missing cover. I have never been in any accident or had work done other than this dealership. Upon further investigation, the bottom cover is required to be removed as part of the oil change. Since I do not tend to look for missing parts, it is HIGHLY possible that the terrible mechanics forgot to put the cover back on during the last service. The service department completely denies this theory. They are now asking for about $700 to replace the part. Be careful when doing business with them. Inventory your car prior to dropping it off since they may forget to add parts back. Avoid this service department. More
