Hard to get hold of advisors in service bought new car in 2019, only gave 1 key fob, said they'd take care of it, I forgot about it until tranny broke down at 97000 miles, honored warranty ehich is great, ho 2019, only gave 1 key fob, said they'd take care of it, I forgot about it until tranny broke down at 97000 miles, honored warranty ehich is great, however brought up key fob again and because I forgot to nag during covid, I may not get the other fob i was supposed to recieve, I won't be returning to phh, its a shame because i purchased 3 vehicles here too. Everything was good from start to finish. I had initially taken my car to Downey Hyundai but their service was horrible not to mention they wanted to take a month before they even looked at m I had initially taken my car to Downey Hyundai but their service was horrible not to mention they wanted to take a month before they even looked at my car. Called Puente hills and they set up an appointment to look at my car for the next day. Jordan the service adviser that helped me out was communicating with me almost daily, giving me updates and letting me know how thing would go. Jordan was able to get me a loaner vehicle almost sooner than what was originally expected which was a blessing. Everything was good and would recommend Jordan and this dealer over any other I’ve visited. More
The woman examining and receiving cars before the appointment was so cold, short and rude. They gave me very unclear instructions of where to go to sign myself out to pick up my car. They told me to wait outside and they’d have someone drive my car over to me. Waited and no one came out so I asked where the car was and they said they still hadn’t called anyone to bring it over. So they said they’d tell someone and even minutes later I ask if they sent someone and they informed me they did not and the girl said she had to go get it herself now. Even as she returned with my vehicle and got out of the car she dashed past me ignoring me and yelling at the guy to ask if I paid even though I confirmed multiple times with so many people including her that I had already finished the paper work. She then basically hands my keys back at me no words exchanged only an irritated gaze and not even a goodbye or sorry for the wait. It took longer to get my car back than how long I waited there to begin with. Everyone besides the first man I spoke with had bad attitudes. Terrible customer service More
