The rep assigned to me Jorge told my husband my battery would be approximately $350 and when he spoke to me later told me it was $550! That is not an approximate that’s a whole different price. Once I have the go to order the battery he didn’t reach out to me once to give me an update on my car until after I left like 5 voicemails for him and his manager! I was not once offered a loaner while my car was in the shop! I was without a car for over a week, I’ve never had an issue before until now! Super bad service .. More
