The spoiler was getting loose so we had the service dept tighten it down, preventing a very costly replacement and order delay had it come off the car. We have always worked with Javier Esquivel for several years on all our service. He is a friendly and very knowledgeable service rep. The dealership has been undergoing a long external refresh, which limits customer seating. It is forecast to last a few more months. Something needs to be done to speed this up as there are not many signs of significant exterior progress. More

Communication is fair/poor and could be better. I waited 3 months for a part for my car and was never updated on it. I was the one who always reached out to ask for an update.
