My hour and a half wait turned into a five hour wait. I was told the service dept had all 4 coil cylinders I needed replaced on hand. Turns out after 3 hours of waiting, they did not have them on hand an I was told the service dept had all 4 coil cylinders I needed replaced on hand. Turns out after 3 hours of waiting, they did not have them on hand and were waiting for one to be delivered. Now knowing that your service mechanic was waiting for a rush delivery, you would think to inform the customer that is waiting in the service dept for her car to be fixed. But, apparently George the service advisor does not have the common sense, customer service experience, or decency to do so. After finally getting my car’s paperwork, the multi inspection was not done nor was my car washed. The least they could have done was give my car a quick rinse with a hose and do the inspection as they waited hours for a part to arrive. And what pisses me off most, I came in with the diagnostic code that showed when i ran it at home and they swore the code was incorrect and that my car needed 4 new coils. They were wrong! Because within 4 hours of having my car after being worked on, my engine light came on again AND now it’s losing power. I have to practically gun it to get to 65mph on the freeway. More
