I took my car in to get the oil changed for the first time and to get my car detailed and Noah was my technician and he was amazing. Very friendly and explained everything well. They were done with my ca time and to get my car detailed and Noah was my technician and he was amazing. Very friendly and explained everything well. They were done with my car by noon so it was perfect! The waiting area has a lot of space, they have snacks and a coffee machine that makes lattes, etc. Loved it! More

Rui was the agent that help me. He was really welcoming when he gave me a quote of how much I was going to pay for everything that had to be done to my car and when I denied all the He was really welcoming when he gave me a quote of how much I was going to pay for everything that had to be done to my car and when I denied all the service due to Financial issues, his attitude was rude towards me. I text him about a a question while waiting for my car and he never responded back. When I got back to pick up my car I had to wait about 30 mins for them to get my car up to the front. I went 3 times to ask about my car. I don’t think it’s a way to treat customers cause they are not able to pay what the dealer is trying to charge. My experience was not Pleasant More

The service depart representatives are terrible. I hate having to get my auto serviced here. When I absolutely have to, I cringe having to deal with their staff.
