While he offered additional services at high prices, he was transparent and didn’t pressure me into anything. The waiting lounge was excellent—spacious, clean, and well stocked with danishes, power bars, hot drinks (coffee, hot chocolate), and cold bottled water. It also had a big TV, work tables, and plenty of electronic hookups. After the service, Joey walked me through the next recommended steps and guided me back to my car. The complimentary car wash was top-notch; the windshield and side windows were wiped thoroughly, leaving them crystal clear. I left feeling happy, satisfied, and relaxed. Highly recommend! More
