It was a pleasant experience, everyone was very nice and helpful, and I really enjoyed my visit and they got my car out in time. Every time we bring our vehicle in there always some issue with this service department. This time we drop our vehicle off and ask for a ride to the mall so we can get something to eat and do something issue with this service department. This time we drop our vehicle off and ask for a ride to the mall so we can get something to eat and do something while waiting for our vehicle. They tell us it be 2 hours before the driver back, so we end up paying $10 with tip for a Uber ride then when the car was ready we call to get pick up and we only got a recording so we end up paying another $10 to get back. The level of customer care is very poor and we live almost 50 miles away and we can only take the vehicle to your dealership for the 6 month detailing. Every 6 months I dread having go to your service department. More

genuinely such unprofessional service. angela started off with an attitude and walked away from me while i was talking to her, and left me at the counter for 5 minutes while she went to ch angela started off with an attitude and walked away from me while i was talking to her, and left me at the counter for 5 minutes while she went to chit chat with the cashier. when she came back she said “what were you still waiting for me” when literally nothing had even been started or looked up, or i had been helped in anyway. it wasn’t until i called her out for walking away from me that she changed her attitude and tried to be kinda after that point. also glue was left on my tire from this dealership changing out my tire, and no one checked the tire pressure before letting me drive away as the new tire was set to 40PSI while my other tires were set to 31 PSI which is what they should be set to. 0/10 experience at this dealership i did not feel comfortable addressing other things i wanted done with the car and now i have to make an appointment at a different dealership to get the work i need done. More
