Gary was on top of it. He welcomed me in right away and went over all the required updates and recalls for my vehicle. As for my car, I took it in for a rattle in the trunk area (one of the recalls) the rattle was not resolved. Disappointed because now I have to return for a follow up. Other than that Great Service!
