I took my car in to get the oil changed for the first time and to get my car detailed and Noah was my technician and he was amazing. Very friendly and explained everything well. I text him about a a question while waiting for my car and he never responded back. When I got back to pick up my car I had to wait about 30 mins for them to get my car up to the front. Overall, it was a great service experience. Everyone is professional and helpful. However, I remembered cashier said you have shuttle until 5pm, but my advisor said shuttle closed until 4pm. Took my 2022 Hyundai palisadian for some warranty work for wind noise and the drivers and passenger side front for door vibration and the speaker on a passenger side for rear shocks twice. After the secon for wind noise and the drivers and passenger side front for door vibration and the speaker on a passenger side for rear shocks twice. After the second repair I turn the speakers up to about 15 lower behold the vibration the rattle is still there. Not sure how they miss it for the second time, it's not even deep bass that makes it rattle. Also I had a warranty replacement on the drivers seat track that was supposed to be back ordered, they kept the car for a week and a half finally I went back to pick the car up and call the parts department and they said they had one in stock but it worst case scenarios it would have only take a week to a week and a half to get the part. Nobody told me that, my service technician told me they didn't have any ETA on when the parts would be available that it was back ordered, which turned out to be completely false. I purchased six cars from this dealership, and I have swallowed my tongue on numerous occasions with repairs and promises made that were not kept but this is a straw that broke the camel's back. I own three Hyundai's all but one is paid for. When that's over, someone else will get my loyalty. More
I came in for a service appointment. I was on time. I came with my little daughter. We waited for an hour and 20 minutes for them to do an oil change. After waiting an hour and 20 minutes I come to find that they haven't even touched my car and they told me that it takes at least 2 hours. This is ridiculous. I had a dentist appointment to go to and the dentist took only 45 minutes to clean my teeth. Check me in. Take care of everything. I can change my oil myself in 15 minutes. We're sitting there waiting for a car and I can see so many working there. Why can't you guys hire more technicians that does the actual work of changing the oil speed things up? Thanks I like to add that the time prior when I came in for service I had an oil change and a checkup. Whoever service my car failed to put the cap back onto the coolant reservoir after about a month of driving around with the no cap on the coolant reservoir. All the coolant fluid came out and the reservoir was nearly empty. The car was making some odd sounds and was overheating. Luckily the cap was right next to it and didn't fall out and into the streets. I went to the Hyundai dealership near my house to buy a giant bottle of coolant and filled it up and recap the coolant reservoir. Very disappointing and a waste of time and also putting my family safety in danger and possibly destroying my car engine More
