I brought my car during the end of February for a clutch replacement. When I got it back, it suddenly sprung a transmission oil leak and I brought it back for them to fix. Then, because of a service proce replacement. When I got it back, it suddenly sprung a transmission oil leak and I brought it back for them to fix. Then, because of a service procedure, they said they could not simply fix the leaky seal, but must replace the entire transmission. I told them I need my car, or a car for that week, and they then informed me that there are no courtesy cars available. That is terrible, what if people need a car for work? Finally, after having an inspector come out, they then decided that they could actually just replace the seal. My car sat at the dealership for a week waiting for this process to go through, all the while I needed a car. I did finally receive a courtesy car the following week — thank god, because I needed a way to get to work. More
