Javer was great in assisting me. I’ve been assisted by him in multiple occasions and each time he always ensures I am properly taken care of. The car detail was okay. They usually do I’ve been assisted by him in multiple occasions and each time he always ensures I am properly taken care of. The car detail was okay. They usually do an amazing job but this time they missed to vacuum the whole bottom of the driver seat. Though it was super busy and I’m sure they were rushing to ensure I can go home soon since I stayed at the dealership for the duration of maintenance and the car detail. More

I purchased a vehicle with this dealership and regret it after one year I have had to have the tyres realigned and paid out of pocket to do so 3 weeks after doing this had the car inspected and was told the after one year I have had to have the tyres realigned and paid out of pocket to do so 3 weeks after doing this had the car inspected and was told the alignment was not done and was critical to have it done. Finally spoke to the manager Sean Kim, who was rude, defensive and did not take the time to understand my issue. My car was also returned to me with flashing signals and was told that service probably forgot to reset it so i have no faith in their work unfortunately. Please take into consideration if you are purchasing a new car from them like I did and have to depend on their integrity as I don’t feel they are consistent with their service and def don’t expect them to treat you with respect.
