I was quoted 3 hours and waited in person. Car was done after 6.5 hours. I was quoted $550 for fixing a frayed wire (rodent damage) which included a wire solder and wrap in electrical tape Car was done after 6.5 hours. Service front desk team was friendly and HVAC cleanout was noticeably effective hence the 3 stars. More

very disappointed here. promised a car wash in the service agreement, never got it. the service advisor mumbled so badly i had to ask him to repeat himself and really want promised a car wash in the service agreement, never got it. the service advisor mumbled so badly i had to ask him to repeat himself and really wanted a different advisor who could speak clearly. lounge area was nice but no bottled water even? just an empty fridge? every other dealership i know has this basic need, particularly if you are marooned there for more than three hours. in the old days they would serve hot dogs and popcorn even. no computer terminals either, also removed. then when car was supposedly ready i stood out in driveway for ten minutes while other cars were delivered and i stood waiting, just ignored. next time will go elsewhere. Ryu was the most helpful person i could've asked for his follow up was amazing and he was extremely professional.
