Usually, this dealership is pretty good. However, this time I brought my vehicle in for an oil and oil filter change only. They took it upon themselves to charge for a different service wh However, this time I brought my vehicle in for an oil and oil filter change only. They took it upon themselves to charge for a different service which included a tire rotation. I have Goodyear tires on my vehicle and just had them rotated the week prior to bringing in the vehicle for an oil change We had to bring my vehicle back to have them rotate the tires again So not only did I waste my time by going back, but they also Charged more for the type of service they categorize this under. Apparently, they do not do the à la cart of oil change, and oil filter cost anymore I am a little disappointed with that and most likely will take my vehicle somewhere else for oil changes. Lastly, they had said it should take about 30 minutes and I was there for two hours More
