I went in last week for a door regulator issue and today for AC. The car's starting to have issues. Service is open but no AC technicians because it's the holiday. Friendly advice to management: it would be nice if you have at least 1 AC technician in the premise since you opened for service on a holiday. There's a variety of car issues that a customer could have, and to assume that AC won't be one of them (like in my case), I have to say, today Hyundai did not meet my expectation. Hoping for better service in the future! Puente hills Hyundai is my favorite location & you have a great staff. But not being able to have an AC tech when you open for business, disappointed me as a loyal customer. More
Great service department I went to Puente Hills Hyundai to get an oil and filter changed and car rotation. Joel Aleman was very helpful and took my information to sign me in. I told him that I am a new customer, and he ended up giving me a free oil changed and just paid for the car rotation for $19.95. The employees working at this Puente Hills location are so much nicer than the employees working at the Cerritos Hyundai. They are very courteous. I love this place already. I will sure come back to this location next time. More

Fast, honest, and reliable service has customers hooked in right away. Lots of room, a nice cool lounge, and nice people set up a nice welcoming. The Puente Hills Hyundai store even offers key sleeves at very good prices! I have not seen these anywhere except online. The place even features a full car treatment and detailer. As someone hired as an inspector by Eurocar, years ago, Puente Hills Hyundai demonstrates extreme attention to detail and do not miss a beat! My vehicle looked absolutely spectacular upon return. I would be lazy and careless if I went anywhere else to have my baby taken care of. I came on time (a bit earlier of course to allow for some room) with an appointment over the phone. Special thanks to Joe who attended me and checked in so I did not become left wondering how my vehicle's work came along. Thank you Joe and Puente Hills Hyundai Staff. They had the Kona Limited in the color she wanted and treat terms. Look and behold,Happy wife,husband sleeps better. Staff are Top drawer all the way. More
Deceptive Sales Tactic and Unethical Manager I originally wanted to wait and buy a Hyundai Sonata close to the end of the year. Puente Hills Hyundai dealer lured me in by promising an out-of-door I originally wanted to wait and buy a Hyundai Sonata close to the end of the year. Puente Hills Hyundai dealer lured me in by promising an out-of-door price in writing. Then one hour prior to my appointment, which is supposed to finalize the deal, they texted me and said they could not honor the price. When I arrived the dealership, they told me how unattainable the price that they promised in the email was, and tried to sell me at a higher price. It is the classic bait and switch technique. When I tried to tell the finance manager that I did not like the sales tactic that they used. He said "Who promised this? I am going to fire him." I was speechless. He then went on, "You just got him fired." I said that I was going to file complaints about this practice. He was enraged. He said "This is my shop, and no one threatens me. Not you, not Trump." I was clueless as to why he brought up this name. In short, this individual has no ethics, and shameless. In my email with Robert Jefferson, he mentioned that he got approval of the name of the director, so it is highly likely that he was merely under the direction of his superior. More
Rude & Insulting Service Reps If i can give 0 or negative Stars, i would. I made a service appointment online for 8:30am in the morning for a 30K mile maintenance service. Since it was a Friday, i decided to arrive at 8:10am. I was promptly assisted in the Service line and ushered into the Service Rep area where i stood in line to await an available service rep for processing of the paperwork. The 2 people ahead of me were assisted. Then, i had the unfortunately luck to encounter Sean K. He asked who was next in line. I spoke up and he motioned to a couple behind me to go to his workspace. When i asked if he was a Service Rep, he replied to me in the most rude and discourteous fashion imaginable. As i begun to understandably become upset. Javer E. informed me that a rep will assist me next. After Sean K. had finished with the couple, he proceeded to process everyone behind me in line. By 9am, i was the only customer waiting and Sean K. decided to purposefully leave the Service area and not return. Fortunately, i was finally assisted by Alex L. He was very courteous and helpful. However, i already was experiencing the worst customer service by Sean. Nevertheless, Alex L. was able to get me processed and onto the shuttle for work by 9:25am. Javer E. just sat at his workspace ignoring me as i stood in front of him never once offering his assistance. Puente Hills Hyundai has "Certified" Service Professionals?? I highly doubt it. If you ever need to service your vehicle, it would be wise to try another dealership. At the very least, if you go someplace else, you can avoid a stressful morning of disrespect and will most likely be on time to work. More
