Advisor called my name, asked what I was there for, then didn't speak to me the rest of the time at the computer. Said it was going to be 1hr and 30 mins.. turned into a 3 hour oil change... then the adviso didn't speak to me the rest of the time at the computer. Said it was going to be 1hr and 30 mins.. turned into a 3 hour oil change... then the advisor didn't even come look for me in the lobby, but called my phone instead. Horrible customer service More
