great customer service by Jae Lee. One suggestion, waiting area is clean and brand new that is great but cellphone reception is somehow interrupted. Free WIFI was not able to connect due to cannot get IP from the router. Other WIFIs were locked. In order to use the phone and get the calls and messages, I had to walk out side to get the signals.
