It seems everyone there don't care about customers. This was second straight time that took me 30 minutes to drop off my car even with an appointment. Service center seems to be somewhat disorganized. Made an appointment to have recall work done to my vehicle. Upon arriving there were no directions as to where to go or if anyone would come out to c Made an appointment to have recall work done to my vehicle. Upon arriving there were no directions as to where to go or if anyone would come out to check me in. I decided to walk into the service center after waiting in my vehicle for a bit. Wrote my name down on the sign in sheet upon walking in. Got called over by a service member and was ask what brought me in and if I had an appointment. After explaining why I was there and that I had an appointment, I was ask what recall work needed to be performed. Uh? I wasn't expecting to explain what work needed to be performed given the fact that this was part of the questionnaire I filled out when making the appointment online. I was expecting this to be noted on my appointment notes. Upon returning to pick up my vehicle. It wasn't very clear whom to speak with or check with. After discovering I need to speak to the cashier to let them know was there to pick up my vehicle. The cashier directed me back to the service center to get my keys. This was a bit of a pain. No was around to help. Eventually had to grab a service writers attention who is currently working with a customer and ask about getting my keys. The whole system seems disconnected. It's not what I've experienced in the past when have my vehicle serviced here. More
