Javier is an excellent service advisor. My appointment was not in the system for some reason, but that wasn't a problem. I showed him my appointment confirmation and he got my appointment My appointment was not in the system for some reason, but that wasn't a problem. I showed him my appointment confirmation and he got my appointment in on time. Overall, took about 1-1.5 hours, right in line with other dealerships. The waiting area is newly renovated with a nice coffee and water machine. I have a Hyundai dealer closer to my house, but am willing to drive further to work with Javier. More
