Took car in on a Monday and took until Friday late afternoon to know the car was ready. There was no communication at all of what was the diagnosis, what needed to be repair, length of time to repair afternoon to know the car was ready. There was no communication at all of what was the diagnosis, what needed to be repair, length of time to repair the the vehicle, and final cost. When called and going in person was told the technician was took busy to talk to me. Also, had a scheduled appointment which was a joke since it was never known when the car was actually looked at for repairs. To add insult they kept calling me to buy back my car cause the need used cars. Why not call about what is wrong with the car instead. More
