Manager lost his patience when trying to explain to me why the service center could not figure out my window issues. It is my 3rd visit in 6months. They said they had fixed it the previous time. Dropped my car off at 8am for diagnosis and two recalls. Was told I’d receive a call to let me know what they find. After I called multiple times that day and every call had gone to voicemail I was forced t Was told I’d receive a call to let me know what they find. Made multiple calls the following day and every single one went to voicemail. Did not hear back until around 3pm the day after dropping my car off. Was told there was no problem with my car but they were still working on the recalls and my car had to stay another day. Got a call at 8am the morning of the third day where I authorized a coolant flush they recommended. Was told I’d receive a call when the car was ready. Never got a call back. Showed up at 4:30pm only to be told they didn’t do the coolant flush or one of the two recalls. And that my battery was dead and needed to be replaced. They wanted to take my car back into the shop. Wasn’t about to leave it for another day so I just took my car and left. I would not mind leaving my car for days if I was being actively informed on what was going on. The lack of communication was honestly so ridiculous and unacceptable. Will not be returning to this Hyundai again. More
