Service advisor is patient, knowledgeable & attentive to my issues. Explained everything. He even test drove the car with me to ascertain my complaints but unfortunately we cannot replicate the door rattle my issues. Explained everything. They were unorganized and lacked communications when it came time to my car being serviced.
