Ordered tires on a Tuesday for install the following Saturday. Showed up for my appointment Saturday only to be told they did not have my tires and would need to return Monday. Left upset/frustrated… s Saturday. Showed up for my appointment Saturday only to be told they did not have my tires and would need to return Monday. Left upset/frustrated… spoke with the assistant manager at 11:30 am that Saturday, was told my tires were there and apologized for the inconvenience and false info received earlier that morning. Showed up around noon, tires installed. As I was driving home, there was a clicking noise coming from the back of the car. Since it was late in the day I drive home, experience the same noise Sunday. Returned to the dealer on Monday, notified them of the noise that was not there prior to the tires being changed. Was told it’s not there issue. And had nothing to do with the tires even though that was the only thing that had changed on the car. Have an appointment with Hyundai Tustin to look at the issue since I was unable to get it resolved at the dealer that installed the tiress More

Service team couldn't pin point what exactly caused my cars problem. Also they didn't top off radiator fluid as part of fluids check. They also mentioned they would wash my car but didn't.
