Puente Hills was the second Hyundai dealership we visited the weekend we bought my Tucson. Everyone that we worked with was welcoming, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Went there for my second time since my car is overheating, and they said they fixed it. Its starting to overheat again, I feel like Im being scammed as I have dropped over 1,000$ for small parts, overheating, and they said they fixed it. I do not want to take my car in again becuase of the headache it causes me. No bad review for the employees as they are doing their job, its maybe the technician? They said they solved the problem twice, yet its still overheating. Not sure if I’ll just use my car or what. Probably wont get a Hyundai Car ever again :(. More

Regrettably, the same cannot be said for the service technicians. Whoever worked on my car left a grease stain on the driver seat. My car has a light colored interior, so it was quite visible. When I returned to have it cleaned, it was made worse. (Hence, why the 4-star rating in lieu of a 5-star rating.) So, perhaps the dealership could invest in disposable seat covers for its technicians. More
